Gojek and Tokopedia are two major companies in Indonesia’s digital and technology industry. On 2021, the two giant company merged together into GoTo. With technology, they transformed the consumer experience in their respective industries and empowered small business owners and entrepreneurs who, for decades, had strived to find their place in the informal economy.
